Who does Aspectum work for?

How does a collaboration start?
- With a free, no-obligation initial consultation of around 30 minutes. We discuss your initiative and clarify together what Aspectum can contribute.
What does interim leadership mean?
- For an agreed period, we take on a clearly defined leadership role, for example head of sales or leading a project.
What is the difference between a project and a mandate?
- A project has a clear goal, a defined scope and a timeframe. An ongoing mandate supports an area regularly, with fixed times and clear responsibilities.
Who is my contact person?
- One central contact person supports your initiative from analysis through to implementation and coordinates specialists where needed.
What does the collaboration cost?
- The initial consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation. We provide a tailored proposal for your engagement. Depending on the scope, we agree a day rate or a fixed project fee.
Is there a minimum term?
- You can start with a single day of work. We agree further assignments and their scope together as needed.
