Purpose of processing
We use the personal information you provide to handle your enquiry and arrange personal contact.
Contact form
Name, company, email address, optional telephone number, topic and message are sent by email to our mailbox kontakt@aspectum.ch when you submit the form. For sending, we use the email service of our website provider Lovable with the sender address noreply@notify.aspectum.ch; our mailbox is operated by Hostpoint. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. We do not keep an enquiry database in our website application. IP-related and email-related request counters are held temporarily in server memory to limit repeated requests within ten minutes. An attempt identifier and a content-derived key are sent to the email service to help prevent duplicate messages. This does not exclude processing or storage by the hosting and email providers.
Optional chat and AI preview
Using the chat is optional. Automatic AI answers are disabled on the public website. In the private preview only, questions and the history of the open conversation are sent to Lovable’s AI service. The configured model is GPT-6 Luna from OpenAI. Answers are based on the website content and are not binding. The conversation is held in the browser’s memory, not in a conversation database maintained by us, and is discarded on closing or reloading the page. This does not constitute a promise of no retention by Lovable or the model provider. Lovable records technical request details. Please do not enter confidential information. Contact request from the chat
Only if you choose «Request personal contact» and explicitly submit it are your name, email address, optional telephone number and the summary you have confirmed sent to us by email, as with the contact form. The full chat history is not transmitted.
Hosting and technical processing
We use Lovable to host this website. Accessing the website involves processing technical connection data, including the IP address, to deliver the pages and handle requests. No specific processing country or retention period is confirmed here; these details remain subject to verification before publication.
Fonts
This website embeds all fonts locally. No fonts are loaded from external providers.
Analytics and marketing
We do not use any analytics or marketing trackers.
